How It Works

  1. Sign up for a flight of Solid Olive products via a 3-month subscription before November 1 and receive your Early Bird Card in the mail with your first box.
  2. Each month, receive a curated Soap Bar plus three other items from our Founder’s Selection (laundry, body wash, and a surprise item each month).
  3. Bring your Early Bird Card to our store grand opening, and get a free bar of soap every month for 12 months — our thank-you for being first in line.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak seasons or product launches, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not currently ship internationally — but stay tuned.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status at any time.
